British American Investment Co. (Mtius) Ltd. is an investments holding company listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius since 2003. Its headquarters are in Port Louis, the capital city of the small but economically vibrant island of Mauritius.

We are one of the largest groups in the country (by turnover) and hold more than US$500 million (MUR14 bn) of assets. The company currently has investments in six economic sectors – financial services, transportation, construction, commerce, tourism and healthcare; the equity holdings are spread across several countries - Mauritius, South Africa, Madagascar, Kenya, Dubai, France, and Malta etc.

With nearly 40 years experience in the market, we enjoy strong brand recognition as an innovative, efficient and fast-moving investment company. Having a track record of substantial growth over the past ten years, we have achieved, and maintain, market leadership in many economic sectors in Mauritius.
