The majority of our investments in the construction sector are held under the Ireko Group with a number of subsidiary companies in different areas of property development and construction. These include:

Construction of commercial and residential properties and industrial installations

Custom designing as well as pre-designed plans for a range of properties

Importation, distribution and installation of a range of finishing materials including flooring, dry walls, false ceilings, doors and windows etc.

Property development including financing, marketing and project management for larger property projects.

This investment in different aspects of construction and property development allows our equity holdings to develop turnkey projects for clients in both Mauritius and Madagascar.

In addition to a majority stake in the Ireko Group, BA Investment also holds minority stakes in other construction companies in Mauritius.
