BA Investment has majority equity holdings in two groups of companies, Courts Group and QLC Group, which are involved in importation, retail and distribution of home and office furniture, household goods, electronic & electrical goods, alarm & surveillance systems, sanitary wear, lighting and garden furniture.

Retail

Courts Group is the largest local retailer of home furniture, household items, electrical and electronic goods through 15 stores in Mauritius and six outletsin Madagascar. It is also the largest provider of consumer credit in Mauritius. 

QLC Group retails high-quality home and office furniture, lighting, garden furniture and accessories through its exclusive centre in Mauritius, offering the island’s widest choice of top designer brands.

Distribution

Courts Group supplies bathroom fittings and sanitary wear as well as security systems to property developers and construction companies.

QLC Group sources and supplies designer furniture and coordinates manufacturing of custom-made furniture for hotel and office projects.
